Kristina is a seasoned criminal defense attorney known for her relentless advocacy for her clients. With more than a decade of experience in the criminal court system, Kristina has established herself as a formidable presence in both district and county courts throughout Houston, Harris, and surrounding counties.
Kristina has secured dismissals in hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases, including cases of Theft, Aggravated Assault, Burglary of a Habitation, Felon in Possession, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Assault-Family Member, to name a few. As a prosecutor, Kristina tried and won cases ranging from misdemeanor theft to sex crimes to capital murder.
Kristina is a 2011 graduate of the University of Houston School of Law. As a defense attorney, Kristina’s unwavering commitment to protecting the rights and liberties of those accused of crimes has earned her the respect of her peers and the gratitude of countless clients.

Kim Daily
Kim is a seasoned civil trial attorney known for her impeccable legal mind, persuasive ability to argue the law, and her powerful presence and courtroom savvy. With nearly a decade of experience, Kim is accustomed to handling high-stakes litigation.
Her clients range from private individuals and small businesses to Fortune 10 companies. At trial, Kim has won cases ranging from criminal misdemeanors to multi-million dollar premises liability, breach of contract, and construction defect cases. Outside of trial, Kim has successfully settled more than 150 cases throughout Texas state and federal courts.
Kim is 2015 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, where she was a national award-winning member of the mock trial team and a member of the Order of Barristers. As a former insurance defense and BigLaw litigation attorney, Kim practices general civil litigation with a focus on breach of contract, fraud, and defamation cases in Texas.
